Mr Kwame Sarpong Is The Chairman Of The Board. He Is An Accomplished Financial Economist And Risk Analyst. He Was A Lecturer In Finance And Banking At University Of Ghana School Of Administration (Now Business School) From 1970 To 1977 And, Also, University Of Benin, Nigeria, From 1982 To 1984. He Is Currently The Managing Consultant Of Optimal Consultancy Service Limited, A Position He Has Held At Various Times Since 1982 When The Company Was Established And Consulted For ECOWAS Fund On Restructuring Study Of The Fund, Malawi Government On The Establishment Of Kamuzu International Airport, Governments Of Tanzania, Mozambique And Zimbabwe Of Their Power Projects Sponsored By Africa Development Bank, A Host Of Projects Funded By World Bank And UNDP In Ghana. He Has Served As A Board Member Of Number Of Institutions.

He Served As The Chief Executive Of Ghana Cocoa Board From July 2001 To March 2006. He Took Measured Steps To Address The Challenges Bedevilling The Cocoa Industry. In Four And Half Years He Was Able To Increase The Volume Of Production From Traditional Volume Of 300,000/400,000 Metric Tonnes To 740,000 Metric Tonnes By 2004 The Highest Production Since The Introduction Of Cocoa Into Ghana.

He Is Currently A Member Of The Board Of Zenith Bank (Ghana) Limited, Ghana Cocoa Board Juaben Oil Mills.

Kwame Is An Accomplished Management Consultant.
